Stir Fried Broccoli

Cooking time: 20 minutes Serves: 2

Ingredients

1 broccoli 3 large cloves of garlic (diced) 2 slices of ginger (optional)

Sauce

1/5 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon cornflour 1/4 teaspoon soy sauce

Directions

Use 1 teaspoon of salt to soak the broccoli. Blanch the broccoli for 3-4 minutes. Add salt and oil to the water. Bring water to boil before adding the broccoli. While blanching, make the sauce. Add the sauce ingredients together in a small bowl and add water until there is a light brown consistency and mix. Dice the garlic into small pieces. Slice the ginger if you want to add it. Pour out broccoli into a strainer. Fry the garlic and ginger until golden brown. Add the dried broccoli into the wok and mix with the garlic. Be prepared with more water (if needed). Add the sauce into broccoli and mix.
