Char Siu Pork
Ingredients
- 450 g pork shoulder strips (cut into strips about 1cm thick.
- 3 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Char Siu Sauce
- Honey
Directions
- Marinate pork with 3 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Char Siu Sauce for at least 4 hours (overnight preferred).
- Place pork strips in the basket (avoid overcrowding).
- Cook for 10 minutes in air fryer on 180°C.
- Turn the pork and cook for another 8–10 minutes, until cooked through check for doneness.
- Brush with honey and cook for 2–3 more minutes on each side for a glossy finish.
