Beef Stir Fry
Quick and easy stir fried beef.

Ingredients
- Half piece of skirt steak
Directions
- Defrost the beef
- Cut into stir fry strips
- Put into bag
Marinate
- Add 0.5 teaspoon soy sauce
- Add 0.5 teaspoon oyster sauce
- Add 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
- Add 0.5 teaspoon of dark soy sauce
- Add 3 teaspoon of Chinese cooking wine
- Add 1 heaping teaspoon of cornflour
- Add dash of white pepper
Cook the beef
- Make sure that the meat doesn't stick to the work, by preheating it with oil until it is smoking, then add cold oil.
- Stir fry until cooked and fragrant.
